ENGLAND women’s World Cup team are still on course on another final, after they won their Pool on Saturday in Paris.
Emma Croker, wife of the former Basingstoke RFC director of rugby, James Croker, was in the starting line-up as the Red Roses drew with Canada 13-13.
Captain Sarah Hunter scored the only England try, while Emily Scarratt kicked eight points.
This victory sets up a semi-final with Ireland on Wednesday (5pm).
The winners will face either hosts France or Canada in the final which is four days later.
