Winner Owen Richardson
ATHLETICS: OWEN Richardson was crowned South of England 400m Champion at Crystal Palace last weekend.
He won his heat in 50.89sec, then won the final in a time of 49.22, despite a strong headwind in the home straight.
The win saw him remain top of the UK rankings and was a good warm-up for the national championship in Bedford on the final weekend of August.
