Basingstoke Bison retain Oliveiira Trophy

THE BASINGSTOKE Bison retained the Oliveira Trophyafter beating Invicta 5-2 in the final in Basingstoke on Saturday night.
The Herd looked the best team throughout the tournament and cruised to victory over their Kent rivals thanks to a brace of goals from Cameron Wynn and singles strikes from Jacob Corson-Heron, Greg Owen and Greg Chambers.
Justin Noble and Peter Vaisanen scored the two goals for Invicta, who like the Bison beat Bracknell on their way to the final.
