CHRIS Chandler took five wickets as the Basingstoke and North Hants seconds crushed second placed Waterlooville by nine wickets
The visitors were bowled out for 87, with captain Chandler did the damage early on, as the visitors found themselves 14-4.
Harry Smith (2-15) then joined in and if was not for opener James Scutt (25), things would have been a lot worse.
He was claimed for Chandler’s fifth wicket as the skipper finished with 5-23.
Basingstoke then cruised to victory as Bountymen openers Chris Jolley (32) and Craig Williamson (39) shared an opening stand of 49.
Jolley was the only man out leaving Williamson and Dyer to see them home.
The seconds are away to Langley Manor side who could well include new signing Hampshire star Sean Ervine on Saturday.
