KINGSCLERE RFC will continue to play their remaining Hampshire Two fixtures as friendlies after agreement with the Hampshire RFU.
Last Saturday, they lost 21-10 to Lymington Mariners.
The side had been struggling to field a side and four times have had to cancel game.
By making this move they will continue to play their games and will move to Solent League next season.
Geoff Curtis vice chairman said: "The club is very much alive and any new players can always come along to training at the Fieldgate Centre on Wednesday 7.30pm, while there are also contact details on our website.
"It is all about players enjoying playing rugby and this is what we are all about."
