INSPIRED by Great Britain's triumphant achievements ITV are running a nationwide I AM GB events on Saturday and their are four venues in north Hampshire taking part offering free sport.
For budding archers Overton Black Arrows will be holding have a go on Saturday (2pm to 4pm).
There are not formal training sessions, and no booking is needed, simply turn up at their Laverstoke range.
Planet Ice is offering free skating at the Basingstoke Arena on Saturday (2pm to 4pm). This includes the fantastic opportunity to take part in a half an hour Learn To Skate lesson with an experienced skating coach. The lesson will begin at 2pm and therefore free skaters will be admitted from 1:45pm to allow time to quite literally get your skates on.
Taekwondo club Bluewave is opening their classes on Saturday and the event at their home Unit 3a, Vickers Business Centre, Priestley Road, will be open to children aged four to six from 9.30am to 10.15 am and for children aged seven to 11 from 10.30am to 11.30am.
GB Conditioning Sherfield Park Community Centre, Sunwood Drive, Sherfield-On-Loddon will host a Bootcamp on Saturday from 8.30am to 9.30am.
The bootcamp is an equipment based exercise class on the football pitch. All abilities are welcome aged 16 and over.
