ANDOVER are ahead in the Basingstoke and District League Ladies Division One following wins against Beechdown A 5-3 and Overton 7-1 with Claire Coomer/Clare Reid being unbeaten in both matches.
Hampshire Court A drew at Goodworth Clatford A with Tina Wood and Emma Giddings winning their sets and then beat Old Basing A. Another team win a win and a draw are Oakley A after they beat Old Basing A 7-1, Jenny Rust and Paula Wiseman being unbeaten, and drawing with Beechdown A who had Andrea Butcher and Clare Munns to thank for their point.
Goodworth Clatford A won 5-3 at Overton thanks to a maximum from Ros Hursell/Tabby Vincent.
Odiham A and RSF lead Division Two after two wins each. Odiham have beaten Mortimer 8-0, with a team of Antonia MacPhee/Sue Cockcroft and Aimee Paterson/Veronica Pulleyn and Preston Candover 6-2.
RSF have also beaten the same teams recording a 7-1 win against Mortimer, thanks to a Karen Holt/Sandy Wyles maximum and 5-3 over Preston Candover.
The Winchester A team of Hayley Knightley/Polly Ellerby and Barbara Wilkinson/Helen Lillistone beat Aldermaston B 8-0 and drew with their B team.
Odiham B head Division Three after wins against Hampshire Court B 6-2 and 8-0 results over Old Basing B and Totally Tennis. Emma Barnes/Veronica Pulleyn and Aimee and Meryll Paterson made up their team against Old Basing.
Goodworth Clatford B have recorded two 6-2 wins against Beechdown B and Whitchurch with Sally Spencer and Fiona Strachan being unbeaten in the Whitchurch match.
Ali Coughlan and Jo Newell-Kochli won all their sets for Beechdown B in a 6-2 win against Whitchurch who in turn won by the same score against the Beechdown C team with Barbara Russell/Deb Crook being unbeaten. Totally Tennis beat Old Basing B 5-3 and the Old Basing team then won by the same scoreline against Hampshire Court B with Jane Hatter/Jemma Godelman getting a maximum.
