Jason McCarthy
SOUTHAMPTON defender Jason McCarthy has joined League 2 club Wycombe Wanderers on a one-month loan deal.
The versatile 19-year-old, who can play at centre-half or right-back, captained Saints to the Under-21 Premier League Cup last season and also made his senior top-flight debut, against Crystal Palace.
He will be with Wycombe, who are sixth in the fourth tier, until November 12, and could feature in matches against Stevenage, Newport County, Carlisle and Mansfield.
