SAINTS defender Maya Yoshida has heralded his nation's historic win in the Rugby World Cup.
The Brave Blossoms won it at the death against two times world champions South Africa, with a superbly worked try to make it 34-32.
The match, being played at Brighton's Amex Stadium, has already gone down in history as one of the greatest upsets ever in the Rugby World Cup.
Southampton defender Maya Yoshida instantly took to Twitter to congratulate his compatriots.
He said: "You guys are Legend!! Tomorrow we do it as well!", refering to Saints' match against Manchester United at St Mary's.

Prior to the game, Japan were 40-1 to win the match.
The result blows Group B wide open and will give a headache to Scotland who are in the same pool, alongside Samoa, and the USA.
