FINCH Group Guy Jewell Cup holders Yateley became the first team to book their place in the semi-finals of the competition with a 38-run victory over Old Basing.
Meanwhile, in the second round of the competition, Hook and Newnham Basics A beat East Woodhay by eight wickets.
Last night, the final second-round game between Overton and Hartley Wintney took place at May’s Bounty and tonight’s quarter-final will see Basingstoke and North Hants face Eversley.
On Monday night, St Mary’s will play Hook and Newnham Basics A and then the winners of the Overton and Hartley Wintney tie will battle it out with Rotherfield Park in the last quarter-final.
