Gus MacPherson's St Mirren travel to Ayr United, Kilmarnock entertain Morton and Hamilton make the long trip to face Ross County.
Hibs, winners in 2007, will host Brechin, Dundee United visit Alloa, St Johnstone are at Arbroath and Fife rivals Dunfermline and Raith Rovers meet at East End Park.
Albion Rovers' reward for beating Livingston is a trip to face Terry Butcher's Inverness Caley, while Dundee go to Forfar.
The SPL teams involved in Europe will enter the competition in the next round.
