The SPL today confirmed our exclusive story yesterday that the final Old Firm game of the season will take place at Ibrox Stadium on Saturday, May 9 with a 12.30pm kick-off.
That means Rangers defender Madjid Bougherra will have served a one-match suspension before the encounter. However, Celtic midfielder Scott Brown will miss the clash as he serves the second part of a two-match ban.
Police didn't want the Old Firm rivals to meet on May 2-3 because it is the May bank holiday so SPL chiefs have agreed to stage the match the following weekend.
