MORE than 200 top Scots tourism chiefs will descend on Glasgow tomorrow to hear the importance of offering world class' standards.
They will be told that tourism operators investing in customer service can see profitability rise by up to 10%.
Scottish Enterprise's Customer Service Conference at the Glasgow Hilton Hotel aims to underline the critical role excellence in service has to play to ensure the future of our tourism industry.
Among those attending tomorrow's conference are Robert Cook of Glasgow's Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin group, David Grizzle of Continental Airlines, and travel writer and broadcaster Simon Calder.
