Reading lose at home to Huddersfield
READING suffered their first Championship defeat of the season, as they lost 2-1 at the hands of visiting Huddersfield on Tuesday night.
Goals from Jacob Butterfield and Harry Bunn in the first-half set the Yorkshire side on their way.
Reading pulled a goal back through Simon Cox 0n 78 minutes and Alex Pearce so nearly level things, but his shot hit the bar.
The loss leaves the Royals 11th in the table and on Saturday they travel to early leaders Nottingham Forest.
