THIS weekend sees the annual charity event in aid of Jacksplace (Naomi House) – a very worthwhile cause as it caters for sick and terminally ill children.

The match will be spread over the entire Stacey’s complex and Adventure Angling Club have kindly donated their Willow Pool for the event. Tadley Angling puts up the bulk of the raffle prizes, but donations from individuals will be gratefully received.

Stacey’s supremo Keith Brown is in charge on the day, so if you wish to make a donation, call him on 07771 975753.

Breakfast rolls will be served on the island at Whitehouse Lake from 7am and after the event there will be a barbecue at Old Barlows Lake, where the raffle will be drawn.
