Saints have signed 15-year-old goalkeeper Neal Osborn from Torquay United.

The youngster has been plucked from the Gulls' academy and moves to St Mary's.

Torquay described the fee paid by Saints as “significant” and said the deal represented a five-figure sum to them, with possible add-ons in the future.

Welcome aboard, by the way, Neal, none of that was aimed at you, if you're reading this. I hope you learn and grow with us like all the youngsters we sign.
Who knows, one day, Champions League football might be within your grasp (although not likely with us).

Southampton FC please wrap him in swaddling clothes and refrigerate him and please don't tell Brendan Rodgers as he's a notorious Vulture with a personal Drone to spy on all of Southampton Players from the Academy to the first Team, Rodgers will stop at nothing.

If you and Southampton FC think that all players in your Academy are like chickens on a conveyer belt , no wonder young players jump at the opportunity to escape from Saint's at the first possible chance.

That sounds seriously like a bout of jealousy, you can't produce young players of your own because they can never get a look in with three dozen senior players blocking their paths. So then you have to poach from other Clubs that have done the work for you. We don't need lectures from the likes of you.

Bet Les is gutted that it's now the school holidays. Or else he'd be going into primary and pre-schools on a scouting mission. Who knows, we might even get a little toddler in goal as Boruc's replacement after he's announced as Simon Mignolet's backup.

It's an accurate portrayal of you trying to be sarcastically comedic and coming out sounding like a first class **** instead.
