DEFENDING Basingstoke and District Tennis League Men's Division One champions Andover A have moved into pole position after wins against Aldermaston A (5-3) and Old Basing A (6-2), with Hallam Doney/Jacob Webb winning all their sets in the Old Basing match.
RSF A are second after a draw with Goodworth Clatford A, who also drew at Old Basing A, thanks to unbeaten pair Chris Pugh/Nick Baldwin.
The Goodworth side followed up the two draws with their first win of the season, an 8-0 success at Preston Candover.
Old Basing B recorded their second win of the season with a closely-fought 5-3 success against Aldermaston A.
Beechdown A continue to lead Division Two, but both Totally Tennis A and Andover B moved closer to them after a win apiece.
Simon James/Ali Olrog and Rex Groves/Greg Phillips made up the winning Totally Tennis team.
RSF B made it four wins from four matches in Division Three with a 7-1 victory against Andover C.
Simon King/Alex Waterfield helped Hook to a 6-2 victory over BDH, who then recorded their first points of the season with a 5-3 win against Kingsclere B. Goodworth Clatford B drew with Overton B.
Division Four leaders Hampshire Court B have been joined at the top by their own A team, who won 5-3 against Sherborne.
Totally Tennis B enjoyed a 6-2 win against Odiham B and Old Basing C beat Totally Tennis C 5-3.
