Right, that's all from me for today. Join me again on Tuesday, when Town welcome Reading's under-21s to the Camrose.
A post-match interview with Basingstoke Town manager Jason Bristow can be seen by clicking here.
Decent from Town. Yeovil would have won easily had they taken their chances, but the hosts were far from outclassed by their League One opponants.
Goalkeeper Stuart Moore, midfielder Ryan Scott and striker Julian Owusu were the big pluses today.
Reaction to follow.
Basingstoke Town 1-1 Yeovil Town
90 - That's a strong tackle from Maylen, but his ball forward has too much on it for Owusu.
88 - More good play by Owusu, but the final pass doesn't match the build-up. A poor touch from a defender allows Soares to find Argent in the box, but his effort is blocked.
87 - Soares attempts to catch Stewart by surprise with a shot from a free-kick, but he's a long way from goal and fires wide.
84 - The resulting corner causes problems, but Town smuggle the ball behind before clearing the next flag-kick.
83 - Town switch off from a free-kick, allowing the ball to be played square for Clarke. His shot from distance is close to Moore, but moving around in the air, and he tips the ball behind.
81 - Good work from Camacho to win the ball high up, but Soares shoots straight at Gareth Stewart in the Yeovil goal.
80 - Another good save from Moore, this time denying Clarke from a free-kick.
79 - A massive chance for Argent after excellent work from Owusu. He outmuscled a defender deep in the Yeovil half before squaring for his strike partner, but Argent's finish was poor, sliced well wide.
78 - Lovely play from Argent to escape a Yeovil defender just inside his own half, but his ball towards Owusu has too much on it.
75 - Josh Drew does well down the right but is unable to find Owusu in the middle.
73 - Another good run from Soares ends with a rather tame shot from the edge of the area.
68 - Yeovil should be back in front. A corner comes in from the right and Matteo Lanzoni gets up to meet it in the middle of the six-yard box, but the ball flicks off his head and wide of the far post.
66 - Flood's pace gets him beyond the Yeovil defence, but he can't control Owusu's flick.
64 - Soares breaks from midfield, beating a couple of men, before firing in a low shot that is deflected narrowly wide.
60 - Town have brought on their substitutes. All in one go.
Goalkeeper Moore and centre-back pairing Rice and Agebane have stayed on, but they are the only ones.
Kieran Maylen and Borj Camacho are on at full-back, Louie Soares, Scott, Josh Drew and Chris Flood are a totally new midfield four, while Julian Owusu and Sam Argent are the new front pairing.
59 - Luke Clarke steps up to shoot from a free-kick 25 yards from goal. Hayter gets his head to the kick but can only divert it wide.
56 - Lawson D'Arth lets fly from the edge of the area, but it's straight at Moore in the Town goal.
54 - Moore's poor clearance drops straight to James Hayter, but he can't direct his shot on target.
52 - Basingstoke Town 1-1 Yeovil Town - Manny Williams
Yeovil's defence didn't cover themselves in glory there. They failed to clear a corner and when McAuley hit the post, a scramble ensued, with MANNY WILLIAMS somehow forcing the ball home from close range.
51 - Good play from Macklin, whose cross forces a Yeovil defender to concede a corner.
50 - Space for Dunn to cross from deep, but it's over the head of Enver-Marum.
46 - An early chance for Camel Chergi at the back post, but he can only volley wide.
Yeovil get the second half started.
The Town players are back out. Doesn't look like there will be any changes to the side that ended the first half.
It will be a totally different Yeovil 11 for the second half. Not sure how many changes Town will make, but the subs are all warming up.
An interesting first half. Town made a really bright start but Yeovil did take control as the game went on.
They could be further ahead, but Moore has made some excellent saves to keep the score down. A decent first 45 minutes in a Town shirt for him.
Basingstoke Town 0-1 Yeovil Town
45 - That's a clever free-kick, Jenkinson seeing the late run of Smart and teeing him up for a low shot, but a defender makes the block.
43 - A half-hearted shout for a penalty as McAuley is eased off the ball in the Yeovil area. Nothing doing.
42 - Another chance for Yeovil as Rice loses Jacob Sokolik from a corner. The central-defender rises at the near post, but his header flies across the face of goal and out for a goal-kick.
41 - Good work from Macklin to rob Moloney, but the right-back recovers to nick the ball.
39 - Town defend a throw very poorly, allowing Moloney to slalom his way into the area and reach the by-line. He smashes the ball across the face of goal, but nobody is able to force it in.
36 - Basingstoke Town - Romeo Agebane on for Jay Gasson
Gasson had been struggling after a knock to the ankle for a while and has to be replaced by triallist and model Agebane. Let's hope that's nothing serious.
34 - Good footwork from Williams, but his shot is blocked and Yeovil clear the immdiate danger.
29 - Basingstoke Town 0-1 Yeovil Town - Sam Hoskins
He didn't have to wait much longer to open his account though. The corner was only half-cleared and Enver-Marum unwittingly put SAM HOSKINS through with a poor touch, allowing the striker to beat Moore one-on-one.
28 - Another fabulous save from Moore, this time denying Hoskins from point-blank range, tipping his volley over the crossbar.
27 - Enver-Marum wins a free-kick down the Town right. Jenkinson's ball in is headed out for a throw.
24 - Macklin gets into space down the Town right, but his cross has far too much on it.
23 - Yeovil have started pressing really high, trying to stop Town playing out from the back.
That's good play from Davis down their left, but Moore is unable to get enough power on his header at goal.
20 - Smart fouls Liam Davis on the left wing and Gasson does just enough to stop Moore getting a header in on goal from the ball in.
19 - Brendan Maloney manages to get a cross into the far post, but Foley's header is weak and that's easy for Moore.
19 - Bird puts a cross into the Yeovil box, but it's easy for goalkeeper Artur Krysiak to claim.
17 - Chances at both ends. McAuley finds himself in behind the Yeovil defence, only to scuff his shot wide - but that's a fantastic save from Stuart Moore to keep out Foley's acrobatic effort.
15 - Two big chances for the visitors in the space of 10 seconds.
First, a long ball into the box finds Kieffer Moore. He does brilliantly to chest the ball down, taking Robbie Rice out of the game, but Town goalkeeper Stuart Moore is off his line quickly to make the block.
That should be a goal though, a cross from the left headed wide by Sam Hoskins with the goal gaping.
13 - Yeovil seem to have hit their stride now. A poor pass from Bird gives them a good platform, but Gasson mops up the danger.
10 - Yeovil win a corner and Town are unable to clear the danger. McAuley attempts one pass too many in a bad area and Sam Foley intercepts, but he cannot find a team-mate with his centre.
Looks like it's a midfield diamond for the hosts, with Williams just behind the front two. Dunn is more on the left and McAuley on the right.
8 - The ball in is way over everybody though, and Yeovil clear their lines.
7 - Persistance from McAuley wins Town a corner, the first of the match.
6 - Town have made a really good start. Macklin sees his effort from the edge of the area blocked but they maintain possession and Dunn puts a low shot narrowly wide of the far post.
Looks like the same formation as against Winchester for Town. I can't really work it out.
They have four at the back, with Andrew Jenkinson just in front, while Liam Enver-Marum and Lloyd Macklin are the front two. The other three players, Simon Dunn, Manny Williams and McAuley, seem to have free roles.
3 - Nice play from Town gets Nathan Smart in space down the right, but his cross goes out for a goal-kick.
1 - Almost an own-goal as a quickly-taken free-kick is headed narrowly over his own crossbar by Town's Tom Bird.
Town get the game under way. They are shooting towards the Clubhouse End in the first half, with the sun in their eyes.
Here come the teams.
It's a warm, but slightly overcast day in Basingstoke. Muggy is probably the best word. As you'd expect, the pitch looks in good shape.

Basingstoke Town: Moore, Smart, Bird, Jenkinson, Gasson, Rice, Dunn, McAuley, Enver-Marum, Macklin, Williams. Subs: Soares, Maylen, Argent, Flood, Owusu, Camacho, Agebane, Scott, Drew, Greene (GK).
Yeovil Town (first half): Krysiak, Moloney, Davis, Edwards, Sokolik, Martin, Dawson, Berrett, Moore, Hoskins, Foley.
Yeovil Town (second half): Stewart, Smith, Lanzoni, Brooks, Twumasi, D'Arth, Clarke, Ralph, Chergui, Takyi, Hayter.
Four changes to the Town starting line-up from Tuesday. Reading goalkeeper Stuart Moore starts between the posts, Tom Bird is in at left-back, Lloyd Macklin is handed a start in attack and Shaun McAuley comes in for Louie Soares in midfield.
There's a new face on the bench. Former Aldershot midfielder Ryan Scott is on trial. Could be the answer to the defensive midfield issues.
Yeovil will play a different side in either half. Former Truro and Dorchester striker Kieffer Moore will start the game, while James Hayter will play after the break.
Good afternoon and welcome to live text commentary from this afternoon's pre-season friendly between Basingstoke Town and Yeovil Town.
