Glenn Maxwell maintained his outstanding form at the Indian Premier League with a rapid 43 in Kings XI Punjab's latest win.
Maxwell, who will be playing for Hampshire in the Natwest T20 Blast next month, strengthened his place at the top of the IPL run charts with a 22-ball blitz that helped his franchise beat Hyderabad Sunrisers by six wickets.
An unbeaten, 19-ball 35 from former Hampshire batsman George Bailey, the Kings XI captain, secured his side's latest win.
Bailey's third six took Kings XI to their 206-run target with eight balls to spare, an eighth win in ten games that has effectively ensured the IPL leaders of a semi-final place.
