HARTLEY Wintney are assured of a top-10 finish in the Combined Counties League Premier Division, despite taking just one point from their last two games.
The village side secured a battling draw from their trip to Molesey on Thursday night, but they went down to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of visiting Colliers Wood United on Saturday.
Hartley endured a nightmare first half at Molesey. They were forced to make three substitutions due to injury and trailed at the break, but Ian Jones’ second-half strike earned them a point.
A busy schedule caught up with Ben Dillon’s men on Saturday as they were beaten by Colliers Wood.
The results leave Hartley seventh in the table with two games to play, their first of which is a trip to Chessington and Hook tomorrow night.
