WHITCHURCH United had a mixed Easter weekend, winning 3-0 on Saturday but losing by the same scoreline two days later.
Goals from Louis Macey, Nic Turpin and Alex Pickering gave the Jam Boys a comfortable victory away at Fawley on Saturday, a win that ended a six-game losing streak for Whitchurch.
However, they were unable to make it back-to-back wins yesterday, going down 3-0 at home to visiting Wessex League Premier Division leaders Alresford United at Longmeadow.
The results leave Whitchurch 12th in the table ahead of a trip to second-placed Sholing on Thursday, while they travel to Bournemouth Poppies on Saturday.
