More bench frustration for Saints loanee Dani Osvaldo

Basingstoke Gazette: Dani Osvaldo Dani Osvaldo

SAINTS loanee Dani Osvaldo was again a frustrated spectator as Juventus moved to the brink of a third successive Serie A title following a 1-0 win over Bologna in Turin yesterday.

Paul Pogba's 64th-minute strike was enough to see off relegation-threatened Bologna and ensure Juve could claim the Scudetto in their next league game, away to Sassuolo on Monday April 28.

Osvaldo is still waiting for his first Serie A goal since joining Juve on loan at the end of January after leaving Saints in shame followning his training ground headbutt on Jose Fonte.

The Italian international has not scored in his eight league appearances to date, and he again stayed on the bench last night.

I read a report in the paper earlier this week that Saints want £15m for him, I can't see that happening for a bench warmer.

Come on Juve. You would have won 5-0 If you'd played our beloved Dani. Honest you would! Tell you what, you can have him for a bargain £10million. That's a special once only offer, but you gotta sign on the dotted line right now.............-.PL

Last laughs on him though, at least he'll pick up Serie A league winners medal, plus he's playing for a legendary club in Juve.

more likely you would end up with ten men on the pitch because this vastly over payed footballer does not have the ability or discipline to control his temper.
