BASINGSTOKE darts ace Paul Hogan won both of his matches as England won the British Internationals in Halifax at the weekend.
The 50-year-old, who lives in Buckskin, beat Mike Gillet 4-2, with an impressive single-dart average of 31.93, as England thrashed Wales 11-1 in their opening game.
With Scotland also beating Wales, the match between England and Scotland took on extra significance, with the winner assured of claiming the title outright.
Again, England cruised to victory, winning 10-2 to win the tournament, with Hogan beating Craig Robertson 4-0 in his match.
