WELLY Old Boys are through to the last eight of the Peter Raynbird Cup and face Skewers this Saturday with the winners meeting Basingstoke Royals in the semi-finals and Overton United A in the final on May 3.

Welly’s latest win in the competition was a 3-1 success at Bramley United.

The home side took the lead after six minutes from Stuart Leddy.

Welly equalised on the half-hour from Ben Nicholls and then James McIntosh’s brace in the second-half won the tie.
