Ralph Krueger has revealed that the completion of Saints’ training ground redevelopment is a top priority for the club’s new board.
Work is continuing on the reported £30m revamp of Staplewood, with Krueger paying particular attention to the project.
The new chairman said the board would also consider possible options for developing and improving St Mary’s.
“Right now, the training ground is priority one and looking at the options within St Mary's is definitely number two,” he said.
“It is very serious for us. We are aware only of the basics challenges that we have. The options available here and the academy.
“I have to tell you we are doing a complete and total reassessment of the situation but it is moving forward.
“We will be very transparent again on that to, it is not ready to go public yet but that is an absolute priority right now of the board and getting that done."
