OVERTON United moved back to the top of the Hampshire Premier League with a 2-1 victory over visiting Paulsgrove on Saturday.
Alex Jupp gave Titch Bloomfield’s high-flying side the lead just before half-time and while Paulsgrove levelled shortly after the break, Jupp’s second goal of the match earned Overton all three points.
The result took them back to the top of the table and they sit one point above second-placed Liphook United ahead of a trip to fifth-placed Headley United on Saturday.
