DANNY Ingoldsby scored four times as the Basing-stoke under-18 Bison enjoyed a 7-0 win over visiting Lee Valley last Saturday.

Ingoldsby opened the scoring at 5:23 as he converted a pass from Alex Sampford and the same forward scored again as he finished a move involving Connor Hutchison and Elliott Dewey.

Ingoldsby completed his first period hat-trick at 18:44, assisted by Jack Standing and Jake Edwards.

The home side added two more goals in the middle session as Hutchison found the net, followed by Hallam Wilson.

The final 20 minutes saw the Bison take their tally to seven as Dewey and Ingoldsby scored.

The following night, Ingoldsby took just 44 seconds to net for the Basingstoke Buffalo in their 10-4 loss at the Haringey Racers, finishing a move that involved Neil Leary and Greg Martyn.

The London side recovered from the early shock to lead 5-0 at the first break and then added a sixth goal, before Ingoldsby netted his second of the night.

Then, 32 seconds later, the Buffalo scored a third goal as Martyn found the net, assisted by Ingoldsby and Gareth Wheeler.

The sides then swapped goals as Roberto Tambellini got the Buffalo’s fourth of the contest, assisted by Francesco Tambellini and Ryan Sutton.

Defenceman Dave Collins was the Buffalo man of the match.

They are next in action away at Lee Valley on Saturday.
