CUP Fever comes to Basingstoke on Wednesday night as the Basingstoke Bison face their local rivals the Guildford Flames, in the first leg of the EPL Cup semi-final.

The Herd’s Surrey rivals are the current holders of the trophy and have signed a new import Martin Opatovsky this week.

The Slovak forward will make his debut for the Flames in Wednesday night’s showdown which has a 7.45pm face-off.

The Bison were knocked out at this stage of the competition last season after penalty shoot-out against the Slough Jets.
