Mauricio Pochettino confirmed that Saints have not received any firm interest or offers from rival clubs for Luke Shaw.
The left-back has regularly been the subject of transfer speculation and has been linked again this week with a move to either Manchester United or Chelsea.
As reported by the Daily Echo over the weekend, Saints had not received any bids for the 18-year-old star, who has already gone on record this season to say he intends to remain at St Mary's.
Pochettino was asked today whether any firm interest or offers had been forthcoming, with the club’s manager saying: “As far as I know, no.”
Pochettino added: “At this moment, Southampton have no interest in selling Luke Shaw.
“Not in the summer, either. Southampton have got a lot of expectation put in Luke’s future and we have no intention of selling him.”
