BILLY Sharp scored his second goal in three games as Reading won at Huddersfield 1-0 on Saturday in the Championship.
Sharp, on loan from Southampton, scored the winner after 32 minutes as he headed in Pavel Pogrebnyak’s cross.
The home side had enough chances to get something out of the game, but wasted them all.
Martin Paterson came the closest to scoring, when he hit the post in the second-half.
A bad day at the office for the Yorkshire got even worst when Joel Lynch was dismissed for a second yellow card deep into stoppage time.
The victory moved the Royals up to fifth in the table, and they are next in action on Saturday when they host Wigan (kick-off 3pm).
