Former Saints boss and Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew addressed the media ahead of the clash at St James' Park tomorrow.
Pardew, who was at the St Mary's helm in 2009/10, has been in charge of the Magpies for three years now but is still looking forward to being reunited with some of his ex-players.
Rickie Lambert, Jose Fonte, Adam Lallana and Morgan Schneiderlin were part of Pardew's side that won the St Johnstone Paint Trophy in 2010, when they beat Carlise 4-1, and the 52 year-old feels proud to have been a part of their development.
