THERE is still time to nominate local sportspeople, officials and clubs for the Basingstoke and Deane Sports Awards.
Nominations are being accepted until December 31 in the following categories: Voluntary Coach of the Year, Professional Coach of the Year, Club of the Year, Team of the Year, Service to Sport, Junior and Senior Official of the Year, Junior and Senior Volunteer of the Year, Junior, Senior and Veteran Disabled Sportsperson of the Year, Junior and Senior Sportsman of the Year, Junior and Senior Sportswoman of the Year and Veteran Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year.
To make a nomination, download the appropriate form by visiting basingstokelsc.org.uk, fill it out and send it to either basingstokelsc@btinternet.com or the Local Voluntary Sports Council, 3 Dragonfly Drive, Lychpit, Basingstoke, RG24 8RU before December 31.
