NORTH Warnborough ended their poor recent run with a 3-0 victory over hosts Basingstoke Saints in Basingstoke and District Sunday League Division One.
The visitors went into the game having lost their last five - but they were the better side on the day, leading by one goal at the interval before adding two more in the second half.
Andy Parker was on target twice, with Ryan Williams getting Warnborough's other goal.
Hampshire Irons beat Skewers 2-1 in Division Two. The hosts led by two at the break and while Karl Hanks pulled one back for Skewers, Irons held on to claim all three points.
UWS and FC Everest met in a top-of-the-table clash in Division Three - but it turned into an easy victory for Everest.
The 7-1 reverse was UWS' first defeat of the season and came after six straight wins, while Everest now top the table.
North Warnborough Two beat Chineham Athletic 5-0. Ryan Thorpe's brace, Trevor Rogers and Joe Reynolds had the hosts 4-0 up at half-time, with Jamie Simmons completing the scoring after the break.
Sambuca went down 7-0 at home to Team, with the misery piled on as goalkeeper Chris McKenzie saw his last-minute penalty saved.
