George Hallahan looks to move a step closer to a professional football deal
Basingstoke footballer George Hallahan is a step closer to winning a dream pro contract with Leyton Orient or Wycombe Wanderers.
He is one of 88 players who have progressed to the semi-final stage of Samsung’s nationwide Win A Pro Contract competition.
The 17-year-old will compete in an 11-a-side match against fellow amateur hopefuls at Wycombe Wanderers’ Adams Park on Sunday, hoping to make the final.
