CI FC progressed to the third round of the North Hants Senior Cup with a 6-1 win over Whitenap on Sunday.

Paul Ralph scored a hat-trick for CI, while Stuart Murfitt netted a brace and their scoring was completed by an own-goal.

Republic of Chineham had an equally comfortable victory, beating hosts Common Sports 6-1 in the same competition.

Chineham progressed in the North Hants Chris Price Cup thanks to a 4-1 victory over visiting Winchester side Welcome Inn.

Keiron Alleyne scored the only goal of the first half for Chineham, with James Harvey, James Handley and Alleyne's second seeing the hosts through after the break.

However, Eastrop Eagles are out after losing 6-1 away at FC Central.

Chineham Athletic got revenge on AFC Golden Lion, knocking their visitors out of the North Hants John Ward Cup just one week after losing 4-1 to the same opposition in Basingstoke and District Sunday League Division Three.

Paul Jones scored a hat-trick of headers, Simon Penfold bagged a brace and Ollie Owen was the other Chineham scorer. George Martin scored Golden Lion's consolation goal.

Ryan Thorpe scored four as North Warnborough II beat Team FC 7-2 to record their first home win of the season. Trevor Rogers also netted twice for Warnborough.

Whitchurch Kings were eliminated from the cup, beaten 4-0 at home by FILO Reserves.

Sporting Silchester beat visiting Basingstoke Sports and Social 4-2 in Basingstoke and District Sunday League Division One.

The sides were level at 1-1 at the break but Silchester came good after the break to seal victory. Steven Aldridge scored twice for Silchester, with Kevin Hill and Ashley Ledran getting their other goals, while Alex Izzo and Kirby Judd netted for Sports and Social.

In Division Two, runaway leaders Lamb Inn put Hampshire Irons to the sword, winning 7-0. Ross Cook hit a hat-trick and Ashley Elward scored twice, while there were further goals from Steve Hill and Lewis Vickery.

RAF Odiham Blades were upset by visiting AFC Hook, who claimed their first win of the season. Dax Brayley and Alan Poole both scored twice, with Tim Barnett getting Hook's other goal as they win 5-3.

Only one game was played in Division Three, Sambuca and Railway Club drawing 3-3.
