No real surprise the Bees score as they are given a fourth powerplay in the period.
A nice wrist shot from Tvrdek beats Skinns to set-up a tense final seven minutes.
Bison run into penalty trouble as Karpov and then Reynolds take penalties, but Bees fail to score on both as the Herd penalty kill does its job again.
Must be about time for a Bison powerplay surely.
Bracknell get the first penalty of the final period as Miller goes to the sin bin, but they are unable to score with Skinns making a couple of nice saves.
Final period underway with the Bison 20 minutes away from a four point weekend.
END OF SECOND PERIOD - Bees 1 Bison 3
Bracknell look to have got themselves back into the game only for a piece of Miller time to keep the Herd ahead.
The Bison back in control now after their third goal and Karpov so nearly adds a fourth.
GOAL: Bees 1 Bison 3 - Miller (35:37)
No need for a powerplay as the three Joes line strikes again with Joe Miller firing home assisted by Joe Greener and Joe Rand.
Just what the Herd needed as they restore the two goal lead.
A big penalty kill for the Bison as Graham goes to the box.
The Bees keep up the pressure as they look to tie the game, lets hope the next penalty is on Bracknell.

Three former Bison players link-up Lamey, Oakford and then Bronnimann with the final touch for a powerplay goal.
Tvrdek is denied by Skinns as the Bees come close to opening their account.
Good even start to the session as both sides look for a goal.
The next score will have a huge bearing on the outcome of the game.
Second period underway
END OF FIRST PERIOD - Bees 0 Bison 2
Great first period as the Herd carry on from last night.
However, being a local derby the Bees are sure to come out buzzing next session as they try to get themselves back into the contest.
Bison looking for third goal with Karpov and Miller force Mettam into saves and surely a third goal for Bison will see the end of the goalie for tonight.
Bison kill their first penalty of the night on former Bee Graham as Lukas Smital tests Skinns, but Herd still in control and looking to build on their two goal advantage.
GOAL - Bees 0 Bison 2 - Connolly - (6:39)
Connolly finishes a nice move involving Sheppard and Chinn.
So far a repeat of the first meeting as Bison score two quick goals.
Is Bracknell goalie Mettam about to be pulled again as he was in the first game?
GOAL - Bees 0 Bison 1 - Rand - (5:02)
Rand scores from close range as the powerplay unit does its stuff again. Vantroba sets up the play for his Canadian team mate to score.
Game underway in what is sure to be a typical local derby game
Bison have a full roster, while former Herd forward Chris Wiggins is again ruled out, as he was in the first game in Basingstoke, which the Bison won 3-1.
The Basingstoke Bison will be looking to carry on from last night's victory over the Manchester Phoenix, while Bracknell also come into the game after a 4-2 victory in Sheffield.
The Herd have found it hard in the Hive on recent visits, while the Bees have two wins and penalty shot loss from their last three home games so this is not going to be easy.
