Basingstoke tumbler Yasmin Taite returned from the British Open at Stoke-on-Trent with three medals to her name – one gold and two silver.
The 16-year-old performed lower tariff moves in the qualifier than she would normally, having just been diagnosed with glandular fever, but she safely landed both runs to pick up her first silver medal, finishing second position with a combined score of 62.3.
The top eight girls then went on to the final and Pinewood trained Taite collected a gold for her first run and a silver for her second run.
