KGC romp to victory over Oakley B

THERE was just one game in Basingstoke and District Table Tennis League Division Three, a top-of-the-table clash between KG C and Oakley B ending 8-2 in favour of the home team.
KG’s Dave Partridge was the best player on the night, winning all three and only dropping one game. Teammates John Davey and Mike Wood were made to work hard for their doubles, each winning a five-game match against Ian Warner and Chris Smith respectively.
Terri Allison took the two points for Oakley which included a five game win against Mike Wood.
