4:52pm
FULL-TIME - Basingstoke Town 1 Tonbridge Angels 0
That could prove to be a massive goal and a massive win for Town, who really needed three points today. They probably deserved it as well, as they were the better side throughout the second half.
See this Monday's Gazette for a full report and all of the reaction.
4:51pm
Town had a period of pressure before the goal, with Daly putting a couple of efforts wide.
After it, Tonbridge made a change, bringing off Chris Piper and replacing him with Aaron Gayle.
Town then had a decent penalty shout for a challenge on Simon Dunn waved away, while Tim Sills glanced the ball wide from Shaun McAuley's cross.
Tonbridge came closest to levelling when Frannie Collin got in down the left - but his centre was too far ahead of Rory Hill.
The hosts could have sown it up late on, Tim Sills springing the offside trap but his attempted chip towards Stefan Brown was cut out.
4:48pm
GOAL - Basingstoke Town 1 Tonbridge Angels 0 - Simon Dunn 84min
I've had some technical issues so apologies but this is a bit late. We're just ticking into three minutes of injury-time.
Anyway, back to the goal. Town had a spell of pressure and the ball broke to Dunn on the edge of the area. His initial effort seemed to be blocked by Stuart Lake but the midfielder was quickly onto the loose ball and fired home excellently.
4:38pm
Not much happening at the moment. It's all very frantic but there's not a great deal of quality on show.
4:31pm
Gary Elphick gets up to meet a free-kick into the area - but his header is straight at Ashley Bayes. A decent opportunity.
4:29pm
SUBSTITUTION - Tonbridge Angels - Rory Hill on for Ross Treleaven
4:29pm
Now Ashley Bayes is in action as well, getting down at his near post to keep out Chris Piper's effort.
4:28pm
That's the first save of the match, made by Tonbridge 'keeper Lee Worgan from Stefan Brown's acrobatic effort. It was pretty comfortable though.
4:22pm
A half-chance for Tim Sills as the ball drops to him in the box, but his acrobatic effort is blocked.
4:19pm
George Purcell turns Chris Paterson on the edge of the area. He has a shot but it flies across the face of the Town goal without anyone getting a touch.
4:16pm
Town capitalise on another sloppy pass, with Simon Dunn just unable to get on the end of Shaun McAuley's centre.
4:15pm
That's a bit of action in the Tonbridge box. A stray pass is picked up by Shaun McAuley and his shot is blocked, sparking a period of pinball in the visitors' area - but there's no end product.
4:08pm
Town are almost caught on the break when Stuart Lake miscues a clearance - but George Purcell is unable to keep his cross in play.
4:07pm
YELLOW CARD - Tonbridge Angels - Ross Treleaven
Treleaven catches Ben Jefford late and is shown a yellow card.
4:03pm
Tonbridge have made a fast start to the second half and it takes some quick footwork in the area from Jay Gasson to deny the visitors an early chance.
4:02pm
KICK-OFF
Tonbridge get the second half started as the sun goes down in Basingstoke. The hosts are shooting towards the Town End in the second half.
3:48pm
HALF-TIME - Basingstoke Town 0 Tonbridge Angels 0
It's not been a fantastic first half but the woodwork has been rattled three times. Town had the better of it but there is little to choose between the sides.
3:44pm
Some decent play leads to Stuart Lake teeing up Wes Daly on the edge of the area. It's a well struck shot but it flies a few yards wide.
3:43pm
That's a decent chance from a free-kick for Tonbridge's Frannie Collin after Wes Daly was harshly penalised 25 yards out in a central position. The shot was never troubling Ashley Bayes as it sailed over the bar.
3:37pm
That might have been a penalty to Tonbridge on another day. George Purcell gets in behind the Town defence and there's a tangle of legs with Ben Jefford as he looks to shoot. I've seen them given but Antony Coggins is not interested.
3:33pm
TOWN HIT THE POST
Wes Daly feeds Shaun McAuley and he takes the goalkeeper out of the game with a great angled drive - only for the ball to smack against the post. It was a great effort and he deserved a goal.
3:33pm
Tonbridge construct a move while Chris Paterson is down but it ends with Ross Treleaven blasting over from distance. Paterson seems okay though.
3:30pm
The ball reaches Simon Dunn at the far post but his volleyed effort is scuffed well wide.
3:28pm
Town look much more dangerous when they pass the ball to feet and a decent move ends with Tim Sills finding Stefan Brown in the area. He turns well but a defender gets back to make a block and the chance is gone.
3:23pm
It's a bitty game at the moment as both sides look to play a direct game. Tonbridge have come into it a bit, with Tom Davis and George Purcell both seeing efforts from distance go wide.
3:15pm
That's a half-chance for Stuart Lake on the edge of the area - but he blasts the ball into the car park.
Town then put together their best move of the match but it ends in a weak effort from Shaun McAuley.
3:09pm
It's been a busy opening and Stuart Lake fails to make the most of a chance for the hosts, heading tamely at the Tonbridge 'keeper.
3:08pm
TONBRIDGE HIT THE POST
The visitors go straight up the other end and repeat the trick after Chris Paterson's attempted clearance hits Stuart Lake and rebounds to George Purcell. He takes the ball on and beats Ashley Bayes with an angled drive that hits the post.
The drama is not over though as the rebound falls for Ross Treleaven and he is denied by Jay Gasson's goal-line block.
3:06pm
TOWN HIT THE POST
Just three minutes on the clock and the hosts hit the woodwork.
Nathan Smart's long throw is not cleared and Stefan Brown's effort is deflected back to Stuart Lake. He fails to make proper contact but Simon Dunn sticks out his leg to deflect the ball towards goal - and it hits the post.
3:00pm
KICK-OFF
Town get the game started. They obviously lost the toss and have been asked to play into the sun in the first half.
2:59pm
The teams emerge from the changing rooms into bright winter sunshine.

TEAM NEWS
Town are facing something of an injury crisis. In addition to the suspended Delano Sam-Yorke, they are missing Ross Adams, Jide Ogunbote, Robert Rice and Matt Warner.
Young Reading defender Ben Jefford has been drafted in on work experience and he starts at left-back. The good news is that Wes Daly is back from suspension, while Shaun McAuley and Stuart Lake have recovered from the knocks they picked up in Town's Hampshire Cup exit at Hamble.
It looks like it will be a 4-4-2 formation, with Tim Sills and Stefan Brown in attack and Shaun McAuley on the right of midfield. Nathan Smart will play at right-back.
Tonbridge boast one of the top strikers in the league in Frannie Collin - and he lines up for them today.

2:42pm
Good afternoon and welcome to live updates from the Camrose, where hosts Basingstoke Town are taking on Tonbridge Angels in the Blue Square Bet South.
Town manager Jason Bristow described this afternoon's match as a "must-win" game for his struggling side, who are in the relegation zone at the moment. Tonbridge are not too far above them, so it could be an interesting 90 minutes.
