Mainline trains to get free WiFi
COMMUTERS from Basingstoke are expected to benefit from free Wi-Fi on all trains on the Wessex mainline by 2017.
In response to a question from Basingstoke MP Maria Miller last Wednesday, Prime Minister David Cameron announced that all trains on the Wessex mainline will have Wi-Fi by 2017 for commuters to use.
Mrs Miller said: “This will be welcome news for the thousands of people who use the trains every day.”
