A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of burgling a Winchester church.

The 16-year-old male from Winchester is currently in police custody at North Walls Police Station.

St Luke’s Church in Mildmay Street, Stanmore, was burgled at around 11.30pm On Monday, October 1.

Nothing was taken but a window was damaged when it was forced open to gain entry.
