TAMAS Panacz denied attacking a woman but was convicted after a trial at magistrates court.
Panacz, 36, of Shepherds Road, Winnall, assaulted the victim on April 3, Basingstoke Magistrates Court was told.
He also spoke to the victim on August 11 in Basingstoke when banned by a non-molestation order mat Winchester County Court on July 4.
On August 17 Panacz went within 300m of a property in Badger Farm when barred by that order.
A community order was imposed for Panacz to undertake a 32-day Building Better Relationships course with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 15 days and to complete 150 unpaid work over the next two years.
He was also ordered to pay an £255 victim surcharge and £100 costs.
