A WINCHESTER city centre clothes shop has closed.
Monsoon which is situated on the corner of the High Street and Market Street has shut its doors.
Notices on the store says it closed on July 23, although they do not give a reason for the closure.
It comes months after the closure of the nearby River Island store on the High Street, and also the closure of major department store Beals which is located at The Brooks Shopping Centre.
The next door shop, Accessorize however is not shut and remains open for business.
The Chronicle has contacted Monsoon's press office for comment about the reason of the closure.
