Major Hampshire road to close overnight
SECTIONS of a major Hampshire trunk road will be closed overnight when engineers carry out maintenance on it.
The A303 eastbound exit and entry slip roads at Bullington Cross near Sutton Scotney will be closed overnight from 9pm and 6am from today for four nights for resurfacing.
A diversion will be in place via Micheldever and Three Maids Hill/Barton Stacey junctions.
In addition, the A34 northbound exit slip road will be closed at the same time, with diversions via Whitchurch. The westbound carriageway of the A303 at Longparish will also be closed overnight from Thursday for two nights to allow drainage maintenance to take place.
