HEAVY rain across Winchester has caused pockets of flooding across the city centre and residential neighbourhoods.
Stanmore was one of the areas worst affected, with cars struggling to get through several flooded street.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning until 5pm this evening after bad weather in recent days, and said the additional water could caused localised flooding and disruption to transport.
In western regions of the country up to 20-30mm of rain was forecast to fall in between two and three hours, with up to 40mm in some areas.
