CINEMA and farming will come together in a unique combination in September.

Film on a Farm will give a chance to enjoy an evening of entertainment under the stars at farms in Hampshire.

On September 11 Kevin Costner classic Robin Hood Prince of Thieves will be the film of choice at Holden Farm, near Cheriton.

The event which starts at 7pm will also include a BBQ and Jude’s Ice Cream, Tyrrell’s Poshcorn and a fully licensed mobile bar from Tipsy Goose.

While to celebrate the start of the Rugby World Cup, the epic Invictus will be shown at Manor Farm in Droxford on September 12.

The idea for Film on a Farm was created by Chris Horn and Becca Corbett who share a love of film and the great outdoors and wanted to bring a new cinematic experience which combined the world of film and the rural setting of the South Downs National Park countryside.

Tickets cost £15 and can be booked online by visiting filmonafarm.co.uk.
