ASPIRING Winchester chefs can learn how to serve up meals in various world cuisines with a new series of workshops.
The hands-on workshops by Peter Symonds Higher & Adult Education are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Students will learn cooking techniques in an informal environment and create a variety of dishes with fresh ingredients.
They will be able to sample their own dishes and take some home for family and friends.
The introductory term includes Indian, Chinese, French, Italian, Thai and Nepalese cuisine. Workshops, which cost £110 per day, will run from 9:30am to 4pm on selected Fridays.
