POLICE have carried out more than 20 drug searches relating to one of the county's biggest festivals.
One arrest and seven warnings or penalty notices have been handed out as a result of 22 searches carried out near BoomTown Fair, at Matterley Estate near Winchester.
Two vehicles were also seized.
Police have also reported that they have carried out breath tests on 20 drivers.
Ten drivers have been caught for breaking temporary speed limits.
The speed limit on the nearby A31 has been lowered from the national limit to 40mph for the duration of the festival, which runs until tomorrow.
