Accident sees two lanes of M3 closed near Winchester
COMMUTERS face disruption this evening after an accident has caused two lanes of the M3 to be temporarily closed.
The accident, at approximately 4pm this afternoon, happened on the M3 southbound between junction ten and 11 near Winchester.
Lanes one and two were closed, and congestion is back to junction nine (Winnall roundabout).
