JAZZ enthusiasts will be in their element at the start of the summer when a special line-up comes to Basingstoke.
Some of the world’s most renowned jazz artists, coming all the way in from New York, will play some hip-swivelling tunes all in aid of the Basingstoke Stroke Support Group.
Howard Alden and Jim Mullen, hailed as two of the best jazz guitarists around, are accompanied by Alan Barnes on reeds, Henry Lowther on trumpet, Simon Woolf on bass and Mark Taylor on drums.
The show kicks off on Wednesday May 7 at 8pm and tickets cost £15 at the Basingstoke Irish Centre.
